We have some big news to share with you that we are very excited about. Amazingly, Xceptional has been selected as one of the Google.org Impact Challenge finalists!
This means we have won $250,000 for our app which connects autistic people to life changing employment opportunities. It also means we are in the running for $1 million. But we need you to vote.
For me, this award is a massive vote of support for our company. And it is also a vote for people who think differently and for too long have been locked out of contributing to society.
My son Josiah is autistic. I see it hold him back. But I also see his strengths; his potential. In 10 years time he will enter the workforce. By then we want to see Xceptional become ordinary, because of the change that we have caused in society.
