Position:   Senior Project Officer

Position:   Administrative Support Officer

Term:        Part Time (15-20 hours per week), Casual Contractor, 6 Months

As an Administrative Support Officer you will provide general procurement and administrative assistance to the Sourcing Team, particularly with the onboarding and management of a diverse range of suppliers. These include Australian Disability Enterprises, Aboriginal businesses, small businesses, regional businesses, and Social Traders. 

This will be done primarily through making outbound phone calls to suppliers, and receiving inbound phone calls from suppliers.

Duties include assisting with the provision of procurement opportunities for diverse suppliers in categories such as ICT, Construction/Facilities, Goods and Services and Human/Professional Services. This role will be involved in activities such as supplier engagement for diverse businesses as well as other procurement-based activities.

Additional duties include the entry, tracking and reporting of contracts through various information systems.
