Position:   Voice of Customer Program Manager

Description

The Voice of Customer Program Manager will develop and manage ‘Voice of Customer’ program initiatives to elevate the voices of customers across service improvement activity and alignment with NDIS Practice Standards.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain documentation and tools used to assess the outcomes of a range of engagement initiatives with people we support (customers), plan nominees and family members.
  • Review customer experience from feedback provided in all available interaction points to identify and escalate any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Provide guidance on customer feedback and insights generation and gathering to relevant teams and ensure that resulting actions are documented and assigned to relevant teams.
  • Utilise existing mechanisms to track performance in resolving associated issues and escalate where further action is required.
  • Plan and manage rollout of new initiatives to improve customer listening mechanisms.
  • Develop a reporting dashboard to track and measure performance of Voice of Customer initiatives against customer satisfaction metrics as determined by the Executive General Manager, Customer, Practice and Quality and in collaboration with other Executive Team members.
  • Analyse available data to identify trends and issues impacting customer experience and communicate to the Executive General Manager, Customer Practice and Quality to inform decision making.
  • Interrogate data from all sources of feedback identifying opportunities to develop service delivery and customer engagement initiatives in line with the organisation’s commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Define resources required to roll out new customer listening mechanisms and related programs, including the establishment of new teams and managing these teams during the implementation trial period.

In this role you will be working on impactful statistics, reporting of data projects and data modelling on our new program. You will be partnering with other areas of the Directorate and utilise technology to model the impact of reforms and policy decisions.

This role will also see you constructing databases and reporting frameworks as well as responding to ad-hoc data requests, ultimately supporting the development of policy, funding models, programs, performance reporting and other Directorate priorities.

As an HR Operations Advisor, you will play a key role in the human resources team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations across the employee lifecycle. 

This includes:

  • Managing and maintaining HR data and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Developing and implementing HR processes and policies to optimise operations
  • Answering employee queries, interpreting company policy and employment legislation, and directing complex queries to relevant team members
  • Supporting key HR processes such as employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and participating in initiatives to create efficiencies
  • Providing HR reports and analytics to provide an accurate picture of the organisation’s workforce that informs decision-making

About You
