What does being a top 20 Westpac Businesses of Tomorrow winner mean for us going forward?
Firstly, it we have already found it means building connecting with some other amazing companies. The other winners who we have met at several events in the lead up to today’s announcement are leading some incredible initiatives.
It also means raising our brand awareness and getting our name out there. With the customer and candidate attention we received following ABC’s Employable Me our business has expanded in leaps and bounds since the series aired. We are looking forward to similar growth following this award.
Ultimately, we are most excited about this award increasing opportunities for our candidates. The more companies that know about us, the more highly skilled autistic people we can place in IT roles.
