The idea for Xceptional was born. Xceptional provides industry leading software testing for companies launching an app, or updating a website undertaken by our employees living with autism.
The very skills need to excel in software testing are the ability to cope with repetitive tasks, strong pattern recognition, and attention to detail. These are often just the sort of exceptional skills that autistic people often have.
Our first employee, Tim, has received outstanding feedback from customers for his work; and getting his first job has made a massive difference in his life.
